Yes. We work on all makes and models of car and light commercial vehicle, from small city cars through to SUVs, estates, and vans. Both petrol and diesel engines are covered.
Unfortunately we are unable to fit customer-supplied parts. Our insurance requires that all parts are sourced and supplied by us, and it also allows us to ensure that everything fitted to your vehicle meets the quality and safety standards we work to.
We carry professional diagnostic equipment in the van at all times. For fault-code-related issues we can scan the vehicle to identify the root cause before any work is agreed. For mechanical issues a physical inspection is carried out on site. You will always be given a clear explanation of what is needed and why before any work begins.
Yes. All repairs and parts supplied by JSM Diagnostics are covered by a guarantee. If an issue arises with work we have carried out, contact us and we will address it promptly.
We will always contact you before proceeding if additional work or cost becomes apparent during a repair. No work beyond what was originally agreed will be carried out without your approval. You remain in control at every stage.
