We connect professional diagnostic equipment to your vehicle's OBD port to read any stored or pending fault codes. We then analyse live data from your vehicle's sensors and systems to identify the root cause of the issue. You will receive a clear explanation of the findings and recommended next steps before any repair work is agreed.

Most! We carry equipment capable of diagnosing most makes and models of car and light commercial vehicle, covering petrol, diesel, hybrid and full electric.

Fault codes are cleared once the underlying issue has been identified and, where applicable, repaired. Clearing codes without addressing the root cause would only result in them returning.

Yes, we would always recommend getting a diagnostic check even if the vehicle appears to be driving normally. Warning lights indicate a fault the vehicle has detected, and some faults can worsen over time or affect emissions, safety systems, or an upcoming MOT. Early diagnosis is almost always cheaper than leaving a fault unattended.

In many cases, yes. If the required parts are available and the repair is straightforward, we can often complete the work on the same visit. For more involved repairs, a follow-up appointment will be arranged at a time that suits you.
