The Volvo V50 2.4 D5 180hp aut (2004 - 2007) produces 180bhp and 350Nm in standard form. A Stage 1 ECU remap can raise output to 215bhp and 400Nm, a gain of 35bhp and 50Nm, with no hardware modifications required.
