The Smart City 0.8 CDI 45hp (2002 - 2004) produces 45bhp and 110Nm in standard form. A Stage 1 ECU remap can raise output to 65bhp and 150Nm, a gain of 20bhp and 40Nm, with no hardware modifications required.
