The Opel Insignia 1.6 CDTI 160hp (2015 - 2017) produces 160bhp and 350Nm in standard form. A Stage 1 ECU remap can raise output to 190bhp and 400Nm, a gain of 30bhp and 50Nm, with no hardware modifications required.
